Crossing a log and landing on the Derailleur is a neat trick but not so good for the Derailleur or the hanger bracket.
The 2021 Slayer Alloy 30 has a Hanger Bracket 4 and a Shimano Deore RD-M6100-SGS Rear Derailleur – 12-Speed, Long Cage.

The existing hanger bracket was straightened with a Park Tool hanger bracket alignment tool, the derailleur looks to be shot.
Given the MSRP of this bike, this is a pretty low budget item, online between $54 and $90. The trick will be to find one locally:
