The Pi Zero W uses the arm6l architecture. <\/p>\n
For node v10 the zip file can be found in this directory, I would imagine future versions would be follow a similar directory structure.
\nhttp:\/\/nodejs.org\/dist\/latest-v10.x\/ <\/p>\n
In the terminal move to a directory you want to download the gzip file to. I use ~\/dev\/node<\/p>\n
cd ~\/dev\/node
\nwget http:\/\/nodejs.org\/dist\/latest-v10.x\/node-v10.1.0-linux-armv6l.tar.gz<\/p>\n
Now unzip the files into the \/usr\/local directory:
\ncd \/usr\/local
\nsudo tar xvfz ~\/dev\/node\/ node-v10.1.0-linux-armv6l.tar.gz –strip=1<\/p>\n
Test its all working with:
\nnode -v<\/p>\n
pi@raspberrypi:\/usr\/local $ node -v
\nv10.1.0<\/p>\n
